The Leads CV Board is specially designed to collect and manage CVs from candidates who respond to your job campaigns. It provides a central overview of all incoming CVs, so you can easily keep track of who has applied and access their documents.
Automatic CV collection
When candidates apply through a job campaign, their CVs are automatically collected and uploaded to the Leads CV Board. This is done without any extra effort on your part, thanks to our automated mail systems. This way, you always have instant access to all CVs sent in via the official application routes.
Adding CVs manually
There are situations where candidates send their CVs directly to you, the client, for example via a personal e-mail address. In this case, you can manually add these CVs to the Leads CV Board. You do this by clicking the "New item" button or simply typing the candidate's name in the bottom row. You then enter their e-mail address and upload the CV you received.
Linking to Leads Pipeline
After uploading the CV, you can easily link it to the candidate already in the Leads Pipeline Board. This ensures that all candidate information remains neatly organised and easy to find.
Candidate is not in Leads Pipeline?
If the candidate has not yet applied via a job campaign and therefore does not appear in the Leads Pipeline Board, you will have to add them manually. This means you first create a new candidate in Leads Pipeline, and then link the CV to it in Leads CV.
By following these simple steps, you will ensure that all CVs are clearly stored, whether they come in automatically or are added manually.
