Managing vacancies in the Vacancies Board

2 min read

The Vacancies Board offers you as a customer a central place to keep track of all your vacancies. This board is a handy tool to keep an overview of all vacancies within your company, without having to link every vacancy directly to a campaign at MediaGuru. It helps you manage everything in a structured and clear way.

Creating a new job offer

On the Vacancies Board, you can easily create new job offers and categorise them into different groups. These could include departments such as Sales or Production are. By placing vacancies in the right group, you can quickly and conveniently navigate through all your open positions.

To create a new job offer, click the "New Joboffer" button.

Here you fill in basic information about the job. You give the vacancy a owner (the person responsible for following up the vacancy within your company), a date (from when the vacancy is open), and a status (Active, Passive, Hire Freeze or Filled in). You then indicate how many positions are open for this vacancy and upload a detailed job description.

Choosing promotional channels

Besides creating vacancies, you can also track through which channels you promote the vacancy. In the remaining columns, you indicate whether you posted the job via a Job Offer Campaign, at VDAB, via social media posts, or via interim and recruitment agencies. This gives you a clear overview of which vacancies are visible where.

Creating a new group for job offerings

Would you like to create a new 'departments' for your joboffers? You do this by clicking on the arrow to the left of the "New Joboffer" button and selecting the option "New joboffer group". This way, you can easily create new groups, e.g. for different departments or project teams.

This feature allows you to easily manage and track all your open positions, so you and your team always know what vacancies are available and through which channels they are promoted.
