Our Story: From Frustration to Solution 📖

It started with a simple observation: Flemish SMEs in traditional sectors struggled for months to find good people, while talent was available.

The problem? Traditional recruitment methods no longer worked. Job boards were not delivering results, recruitment agencies were too expensive and did not understand the industry and social media was used incorrectly.

That's why we launched MediaGuru in 2019. With one aim: to combine marketing, technology and automation to make recruitment faster, cheaper and more effective for SMEs.
